I have an ongoing musing being worked on to understand why I post my more extreme thoughts when I am getting some amount of visibility. I don’t think it’s self-sabotage but it is a bit of a defensive, ‘you have to be able to deal with this,’ type of disclaimer type thing I do. It may not be necessary. Perhaps the issue is I think it’s necessary.

Just revised the categories under “Realism” these seem to be the most effective individual actions available. Re-reading them and what I initially thought we need information on is comforting because it is the first instinct of what anyone can do right now.
