I wanted to make a song during Hurricane Melissa. I woke up from my weed-deprived and nic(-l-)/o/tine withdrawing sleep and played a few tones in Ableton. It sounded ugly and I just wanted to sleep.

I reopened the laptop later and did not save t(-gr-)/he/ file. It was struggle music.

I have done st(-e-)/r/uggle music. It is not great coming from me com(-o-)/p/ared to what I can d(-i-)/o/.

I attach productivity (-yo-)/to/ s(-i-)/u/rvival.

I think the music is so very powerful. Sound. I(-y-)/t/ is ju(-dy-)/st/ like any othe(-f-)/r/ thing sometimes then other times it elevate(-dm-)/s/ the situ(-s-)ation.

Hey America, here’s a (-popu-)pro(-y-)/t/est cha(-t-)nt for you: “It’s US!”

Chat. Too much.

Here are (-y-)/th/e songs: “Jesus, Marx, MLK” Parts 1 & 2

Oh should probably say: improvi(-d-)/s/ed.

Transcript:

Its war,

what you waiting for

call the troops

and send them

in their suits

we buy

we sell

we die

oh well

find a piece

Of land to keep

Myself,

My health,

My wealth oh war,

what you waiting for?

We sing this song,

Over and over again

Of a land far gone,

Over (-n-)a/n/d over and again!

We live this life

Over and over again

Nevergrowing /old/

(Never growing)

Over /a/n(-a-)d over again
