Game-World Pillars

Totems required to travel, Psymitter (phone-like device for traveling the multiverse). Still Galros energy used to power totems, it does not come back or change, it decays. Release the energy and use Canna energy and spirit energy in a new way. The spirits can fix totems with live energy. Small vacuum splits the energy and reanimates still Galros energy and the spark grows to fill the vacuum Food MD makes meals to heal. The stock of food takes time to restock on a timer. Assist your patient in time or risk them going to another Food MD and losing Dews required to do other stuff.
