Hey all. It’s been more than a year of Carbon Neutral Striking and while I have been on a break from the strike since mid-May in my own way (there are still certain things I just won’t do) I have some thoughts about the past year of trying to lead a ‘clean’ lifestyle free from as much pollution as possible. These reflections span as much as my past, my climate findings, the future of the strike and more.

In this Carbon Neutral Strike update, I reflect on the past year of striking and what take-aways I have. We discuss the specifics, the situation that surrounded the carryings on of the strike, and the path forward. Would love to get some feedback on what you thought of the previous strike updates and what emotions you think your low impact lifestyle if you practice it would have brought about if you too made monologues like me! We talk about using gas everytime I smoke, my eco journey, cruel and unusual punishment, the plastic problem, ‘becasue’, getting paid less than $3 USD per hour, billionaires, fornication :p, why I left Germany, struggles in community and a plea to find out how to overcome these obstacles.
