This past June 2026 we made some posts on Bluesky to see if we were missing out on social growth and what conversions we could gain.
We certainly gained followers over the course of a week of posting 2 days and responding to replies for the rest of the week. Ultimately we decided that our passive traffic was sufficient for us to be comfortable without running a huge bill of offsets while trying to estimate how many views equate to what emissions to be counteracted with tree planting. Not worth it!
We will need to compensate the time spent, 1 tree should do it.
As for the Solarpunk Presents Podcast, we are happy with our progress and are still planting trees to offset listening emissions. We plan to make a clearer report on that shortly!!
It’s been a nice June and now we are gearing up for a nice July!
